1 1/2 Cups Canned Pure Pumpkin Puree
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Tablespoon COCAVO Turmeric & Lemon (melted)
1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (optional)
1 9-Inch Baked Pie Crust
Sweetened Whipped Cream (w/optional spike of Brandy) for serving
1/. Preheat oven to 350º.
2/. Whisk Pumpkin & Eggs in a medium bowl.
3/. Add Milk, Maple Syrup, Melted COCAVO, Flour, Cinnamon, Ginger and Salt; whisk to blend well.
4/. Pour filling into Pie Crust.
5/. Bake until centre is just set, 55-60 minutes.
6/. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool.
7/. Serve with Whipped Cream (spiked with Brandy if desired)
